MyPyramid hasbeen replaced with a new graphic to represent the food groups, called My Plate. This icon serves as a reminder to make healthy food choices and to build a healthy plate at mealtimes. For more information on My Plate, and tips for healthy eating, visit the Resources and Recipes section of the Nutrition Program website.

Cornell Cooperative Extension of Niagara County's nutrition program is committed to serving the community by educating people on proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle behavior. We are in the unique position of working closely with many local community service agencies as well as having support and research from Cornell University. Our educators are able to bring evidence-based teaching methods and curricula directly to the residents of Niagara County. We also serve as a resource for the County, and the public can contact us by phone or drop into one of our offices with any questions regarding food safety, how to properly store foods, cooking or recipe questions, or any other food-related concerns.
